2. Do you have a physical store?
We operate primarily online but offer site visits and installation services across Bangalore, Karnataka, and nearby locations. You can also connect with our team for an in-person consultation.
3. Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver products and offer services within Karnataka, with a major focus on Bangalore. For delivery or service in nearby locations, please contact us to confirm availability.
4. Do you offer installation for your products?
Yes! We provide professional installation services for all our products such as:

Blinds & Curtains
Wall Panels
Modular Furniture
Installation charges may vary depending on the product and location.
5. Are your products customizable?
Yes, many of our products can be customized as per your size, style, and finish requirements. This includes blinds, wallpapers, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and more.
6. How long does it take to deliver an order?
In-stock products are usually delivered within 2–7 business days.
Customized orders may take 7–15 days, depending on the product and design requirements.

7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order within the permitted time window.
For product orders: Cancel within 2 hours of placing the order.
For services/appointments: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

8. What is your refund or return policy?
We accept returns/replacements in case of:
Wrong item delivered
Defective/damaged product
You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product. Customized products are non-returnable.

10. Do you offer EMI or installment options?
Currently, EMI options are not available on the website. However, for large-scale projects, we do offer milestone-based payments. Contact us to discuss flexible payment arrangements.
