Cancellation Policy for Interio Pro

At InterioPro, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfactory interior experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities related to order or service cancellations.


🔸 1. Cancellation by Customer

🕒 Time Frame for Cancellation

  • Product Orders (e.g., wallpapers, blinds, panels):
    You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, free of charge.

  • Interior Services (e.g., consultation, site visit, custom work):
    Service appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

To initiate a cancellation, contact us via:

    Kindly mention your Order ID/Project Reference and reason for cancellation.


💳 Refund for Cancellations

  • For prepaid product orders cancelled within 2 hours:
    Full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For services (like site visits or design consultation):
    Refunds (if applicable) will be based on the stage of work completed and deductibles may apply.


🔸 2. Cancellation by InterioPro

We reserve the right to cancel any order or service under the following conditions:

  • Product/service is unavailable

  • Pricing error or technical issue on our website

  • Suspected fraudulent transaction

  • Unforeseen operational limitations

In such cases, we will notify you via email/phone, and the full amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.


🔸 3. Partial Cancellations

✅ Eligibility

Partial cancellations may be accepted only if:

  • The order includes multiple items

  • Cancellation is requested before dispatch or installation

  • Custom items (cut-to-size wallpapers, custom blinds) cannot be cancelled once production has begun

💰 Refund Process

If eligible, refunds for cancelled items will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


❗ Important Notes

  • Customized or Made-to-Order Products are non-cancellable once production has started.

  • Installation charges or site-visit fees may not be refundable if the service has already been initiated.

  • All cancellations are subject to management approval based on the stage of order or project.
